The organization's refund policy is designed to mitigate legal and financial risks that might arise in line with Anti Money Laundering Policy and counter-terrorist financing policy (AML - Anti Money Laundering).

 

If fund sources or the Client's activities contradict the Anti Money Laundering Policy (AML), the organization holds the right to unilaterally restrict access to the Personal Cabinet, halt account trading activities, decline input/output requests, or initiate a refund.

 

Should there be no trading activity recorded on the Client's trading accounts within one month from the replenishment date, and should the Company not execute any void transactions, the Company reserves the right to return funds to the originator.

 

If needed, or due to other valid reasons, the Company reserves the right to refund money deposited through any payment system, including credit/debit cards, back to the electronic wallets and bank details originally used by the Client for cash deposits.

 

If the Company deems the Client's activities as inappropriate or not aligning with the conventional use of the Company's services, and where there exists a direct or indirect, unlawful, or unethical intent, the Company may take necessary actions as per this document without prior notice to the Client.

 

When a Client funds their trading account using a Bank card, they agree not to request from their bank or credit/debit card provider a reversal of the payment credited to the trading account during and after utilizing the Company's services.

 

The organization has the right to restrict access to the Personal Account and freeze the Client's current balance if payment reversals are unlawful. After all dues and commissions are settled, the funds will be returned to the Client's account. The organization will undertake all necessary actions to prevent and block unauthorized funds deposits and withdrawals from the Client's accounts by third parties. Only the account owner is permitted to initiate deposits and withdrawals from their account.
